What Is Apple HomeView?

Apple HomeView is a smart home display designed to bring Siri, entertainment and connected home controls together.

Its main features include:

• 7-inch touchscreen for smart home controls and information.

• Siri AI for natural voice requests and personalized assistance.

• Face recognition supporting personalized experiences for up to six household members.

• Matter and Thread support for compatible smart home accessories.

• FaceTime camera for video calls.

• Built-in speaker and adjustable display for countertop use.

The device can also display camera feeds, manage smart home accessories and provide quick access to calendars, music and reminders.

HomeView Release Date and Availability

Apple HomeView officially launches on November 13, 2026, with pre-orders already open.

There are two versions: a tabletop model with a speaker base and a wall-mounted model. Both start at $299, but the current Amazon discount applies to selected tabletop colors.

Is Apple HomeView Worth Pre-Ordering?

For households already using iPhones, Apple Home, HomeKit accessories and Siri, HomeView could become a convenient central control panel.

However, the current discount is only about 3%, so there’s little financial pressure to pre-order immediately. Buyers who prefer independent reviews may want to wait until the device launches.

Final Verdict

Apple’s new HomeView is already receiving its first Amazon discount, dropping selected colors to $289.99 before its November 13 launch.

It’s a modest saving, but an interesting early offer for Apple fans planning to upgrade their smart home.
